Research and quality that support better decisions

Good decisions start with good information — and good information depends on the quality of the research and data behind it. Data Pulse Consulting supports both sides of that equation: helping you understand your market through research, and ensuring the data you work with is accurate, validated, and reliable.

Whether you need a research study to inform a strategic move, or a quality control layer on an existing data collection project, we bring the rigour and methodology to get it right.

Market research

Understanding the landscape before you move

Before entering a new market, launching a product, or making a strategic investment, the right research can be the difference between a confident decision and a costly assumption. We conduct secondary and primary research projects that give you a clear, evidence-based picture of the landscape you’re operating in.

Depending on the scope and nature of your project, our research work covers:

  • Secondary research — desk-based research drawing on published sources, industry reports, regulatory documents, and market data to build a picture of your sector, competitors, or target market
  • Primary research — structured data collection through surveys, interviews, or field work, designed and executed within our capacity and scope
  • Competitor and market landscaping — mapping the competitive environment, identifying key players, and summarising positioning and gaps
  • Regulatory and sector environment analysis — understanding the rules, requirements, and dynamics that govern a specific market or activity

We take on research projects that fall within our capacity and expertise. At the outset of every engagement we are clear about scope, methodology, and what the research can and cannot answer.

Data quality control

Validating the data you rely on

Data collection projects — particularly large-scale surveys and evaluation programmes — are only as valuable as the quality of the data they produce. Errors, inconsistencies, and incomplete responses that go unchecked can undermine an entire study and the decisions made from it.

We provide an independent quality control layer on data collection projects, validating collected data before it is used for analysis or reporting. Our QC work includes:

  • Data validation — checking collected responses for completeness, consistency, logical coherence, and compliance with the study’s design
  • Error identification and flagging — identifying responses that fall outside expected parameters, appear inconsistent, or suggest collection errors
  • QC reporting — producing structured reports that document findings, flag issues, and provide a clear record of the validation process
  • Coordination with data collection teams — working alongside the team responsible for data collection to resolve flagged issues and ensure corrected data meets the required standard

Our QC work is independent of the data collection process. We validate; we do not collect. This separation is intentional and is what makes the quality control function meaningful.

Why Data Pulse

Why Data Pulse for research and quality

Methodological rigour

Our research and QC work follows structured methodology — not ad hoc effort. We define scope, apply consistent processes, and document our work.

Independent QC

We validate data we didn’t collect. That independence is the foundation of meaningful quality control.

Honest scope

We take on projects that fall within our genuine capacity. We don’t overcommit and underdeliver.

Bilingual capability

Research and QC work conducted across Arabic and English contexts, including Arabic-language survey instruments and data.

Sector experience

We have hands-on experience in government-linked evaluation and survey programmes, including large-scale data collection quality control.

Clear deliverables

Every engagement ends with a defined output — a report, a validated dataset, a landscape summary — so you always know what you’re getting.
